Return & Refund Policy

At The Jester’s Workshop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Complete with all accessories included with the item

• Accompanied by the original tag card(s) still attached/intact

Items returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or with tag cards removed will not be accepted for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at ghufranguf1@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we’ll cover the cost.
